When you write to us

If you email us or use the contact form, we use your name, address and message only to answer you. The contact form does not send anything itself: it opens your own email app with your message ready to send. We delete your messages when they are no longer needed, at the latest after two years, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted, restricted or handed over to you. You can object to its use at any time. Just write to hello@bottlednote.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of the country where you live.

Applicable law

This policy is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Meikirch, Switzerland, subject to mandatory rules that protect you as a consumer. More in our terms.

Changes

If Bottled Note changes in a way that affects your data, we will update this page and the date above.
